Our group-training program will develop your flexibility, strength, speed, balance, agility and conditioning level. Make huge gains in functional strength and power while making your body more resistant to injury. Our coaching staff provides close supervision over our expertly developed training program that gives you the results you need to achieve your athletic goals.

Each session begins with stretching and goes into different drills that will help the athletes’ speed, agility & strength. We coordinate different running and plyometric drills using cones, speed ladders, medicine balls, speed hurdles, jump ropes and bands.  This increases the players’ explosiveness and overall speed. It’s been proven that a player’s core strength and leg strength are the most vital parts of the body that provides the power for explosive running and changing direction.

Our groups’ sessions have no more than 8; these speed and agility sessions can be as broad or specific as the group desires. They can be tailored to a specific sport, or the focus can be on general improvement of speed and movement skills.
