Turbo Athletics is available to assist you in meeting your individual athletic needs. We create customized programs for each athlete that improves their sport specific movements and performance. During our private training session, the student-athlete will enhance their overall athleticism, incorporate self-discipline and adopt mental toughness as a winning habit. Our Speed Training Program is specifically designed for each athlete with a common goal to enhance foot speed, agility, power and flexibility. Due to the customized and maximal intensity nature, recovery and regeneration methods are implemented. Our programs place the highest emphasis on applied and measurable performance, secondarily fine-tuning movement. Timelines to reach goals and exceed expectations are accelerated for this athletic population due to the elite competitive schedules and real-time demands. It is geared to develop quick feet, change of direction, acceleration/ deceleration & coordination/ balance.
